Question on a friendship?

Ok....say you have a boyfriend and this friend who you used to like now likes you...things with your boyfriend are going pretty much horrible...yet he has always has been there for you..and your friend hasn't...your friend didn't go to your sweet 16 because his friend(ur ex) asked him not to...and your bf who wasn't at the time drove one hour and 45 minutes back from a family trip and his parents hadn't even given him permission...and then...you start talkin to your friend....and your friend is telling you how much he likes you...and then you and ur bf brake up...and you feel really sad so your hoping your friend who by the way, and bout a week ago...he invited u to starbucks..and u got there 40 min late because you couldn't hitch a ride...and he then invites u to go ice skating with his buddies...and completely blows u and ur 2 friends off....as in didn't pay any attention to you at all....and then when u get mad at him and everything he later on sees you after work and apologizes andQuestion on a friendship?
basically you are trying to deal with the mess of your current relationship and wondering what you should do when a friend starts declaring that he has feelings for you.


the important thing is to deal with the existing boy and your feelings concerning that. your ';friend'; seems to have no trouble putting you on hold indefinitely, so tell him you need time to think about where you are and what you want out of your relationships or something.


as i see it, this friend has been really unreliable, with absolutely no evidence of the change that he promised. my advice on that front? think about if you really want to be friends with someone who shows next to no regard for your friendship.Question on a friendship?

what do you mean follow your heart??i mean i can't picture myself in that situation..but i'd say...get back at him..i just don't know how!!you would have to ask a guy who might be able to relate to help you!!
